Is my order confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the payment is accepted. You have the option to track the status of your order in your My Account area, under the "Orders" section at any time.
When your order is marked as "shipped," you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your package.

Shipping, returns, and exchanges

What is the amount of the delivery fees?

Packages are generally shipped using 3 delivery methods:

1) Free Pickup in the store within 72 hours at the following address: Place du marché – 2 rue François Legallais 33 260 La Teste-de-Buch – from Tuesday to Saturday during the hours indicated on the website.

2) Delivery with Mondial RELAY for a flat fee of €5 within a timeframe of 3 to 4 business days after receipt of payment. You choose the nearest parcel pickup point, your package will be shipped via Mondial RELAY with a tracking number and delivered without a signature.

3) Home delivery via COLISSIMO for a flat fee of €8 within a timeframe of 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. Your package will be shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered with a signature.

How to make a return?

If your order does not suit you, it's very simple:

The return period is 14 days and does not require any agreement from us. Returns are at your expense.

The item or items must be returned to the store address:

Store CLO - Anjuvic, 2 Rue François Legallais, Place du Marché, 33260 La Teste

Upon receipt of the package, we will process the refund via the payment method used.
