Delivery Conditions for Your Package

Packages are generally shipped using 3 delivery methods:

1) Either for pickup at the store free of charge within 72 hours at the following address: Place du marché – 2 rue François Legallais 33 260 La Teste-de-Buch – from Tuesday to Saturday during the hours indicated on the website.

2) Or via Mondial RELAY within a timeframe of 3 to 4 business days after payment is received. You choose the nearest parcel relay point, your package will be shipped via Mondial RELAY with a tracking number and delivered without a signature.

3) Or via COLISSIMO within a timeframe of 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. Your package will be shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered with a signature.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order.

We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

Return Conditions for Your Order

The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products.

They have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to submit in writing (by postal mail, email, fax) any reservations or claims for non-compliance or apparent defects of the delivered Products, along with all relevant supporting documents (including photos).

After this period and if these formalities are not respected, the Products will be deemed compliant and free of any apparent defects, and no claims will be validly accepted by the Seller.
